Ms. Flonia Tashko - Borici, establishing partner and founder of Tashko & Pustina, graduated from the University of Geneva, School of Law in 1996, where she then earned a Master of Laws Degree in Commercial and Labor Law in 1999.
Ms. Tashko is the co-author of Albania’s Commentary on the Labor Code and has been a Lecturer at the Albanian School of Magistrates.
She has been a Country Manager for the Corporate Governance Project of the International Finance Corporation / World Bank Group. Specializing in M&A, energy, and telecommunications.
Ms. Tashko has led a considerable number of key projects on behalf of the law firm. Ms. Tashko is a certified arbitrator at the Albanian Mediation and Arbitration Center, since 2007.
